Inspired by the migratory bird after which it’s named, Pardela’s menu offers dishes influenced by culinary capitals around the globe, yet driven by precise technique and standout ingredients. Guerra invites guests into a free-form dining experience divided into small and large plates, perfectly paired with a carefully curated selection of wines.
